We provide special screening and marking of your products. We provide finishes from anodizing, powder coating and sealing to form a durable surface finish that will last though the autoclaving process. If you need custom designed and/or branded screening on your surgical sterilization trays, screw caddies and accessories Case Continuum has your solution ready to implement in industry record time!  Case Recycling: Part of the Case Continuum LLC "green initiative", we can take your current or older trays, instrument cases and systems, strip the interiors, remove and renew the finishes and re-outfit them for your current uses. This not only saves valuable physical resources, it also saves time and financial resources. Laser Marking: Laser marking of instrument layouts, part numbers and lot numbers. Surgical Instrument Case Repair: Many of your cases are damaged throughout the year. Our technicians will go through the the case and repair damaged brackets and handles. We also replace loose rivets and any worn inserts and other hardware. Surgical Instrument Repair Depot: This service provides our customers with a source for complete instrument and case repair. We provide a custom shipping pallet for packaging up to 20 full size din cases. We have freight arrangments with several companies no matter where you are located in the country. This service allows you to focus on turn-key replenishment of your cases. We can inventory replacement components, repair broken instruments, refinish, glassbead, laser mark and re-passivate if needed.
